Lisa Mullions, Professional Coach
Lisa Mullions is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Global Certified Practitioner of The Map of Meaning®, and New Zealand Certified Facilitator of The Virtues Project®. Since 2018, she has partnered with individuals, leaders and organisations to navigate complexity, reconnect with meaning, and align who they are with how they live, work and lead.
Lisa believes that meaning sits at the heart of our identity. When people reconnect with what inspires them, they rediscover what matters most and are better able to make choices that align with their values, strengths and purpose. The Map of Meaning® provides both a language and a practical framework for navigating complexity, change, and the natural tensions between being and doing, self and others. It supports people to make thoughtful choices that honour both personal fulfilment and collective contribution.
Her practice is further enriched by The Virtues Project®, a globally recognised framework that develops character, strengthens relationships and fosters respectful, values-based leadership across cultures and communities. Lisa also integrates Nonviolent Communication, philosophy, trauma-informed practice and contemporary ceremony, creating reflective spaces where people reconnect with their own wisdom and lead with greater presence, compassion and integrity.
Of Sāmoan heritage through the villages of Falealili and Togafu’afu’a, Lisa honours Indigenous and Pasifika ways of knowing alongside contemporary coaching practice, recognising that wisdom is both ancient and continually evolving. She is a long-standing student of philosophy and is committed to lifelong learning, believing that wisdom emerges through reflection, dialogue and the courageous pursuit of what is meaningful.
Lisa is also the co-founder of Quanta Olam Ltd, whose mission is to inspire, empower and support people to live authentically, ethically and joyfully through knowledge-based services. Across all of her work, she is committed to creating conversations that help people reconnect with meaning, lead with integrity, and contribute in ways that are both personally fulfilling and socially meaningful.”
