I have spent most of the last decade helping communities and individuals towards a more aligned and meaningful life. The sense of our innate wholeness informs my approach as we hold the creative tensions and interplay of life paradoxes. I help individuals navigate into a life of alignment through gentle facilitation, coaching, movement and stillness in one on one or group sessions. This embodiment approach encourages sustainable change and transformation. I have been described as a present listener that takes on essential matters with a smile and humour. I deeply believe that we all know what sustains us and may need to be pointed towards it occasionally.
In my free time, you will probably catch me swimming in a nearby body of water, knitting on the couch, walking in nature, eating and tasting different cuisines. We are all deserving of a life of love, truth and joy!
