An early adopter of the Map, Steve has integrated into his work in people and organisational development for 20 years.
Steve has over 20 years’ experience working as coach, developer, facilitator and consultant with public, private and not-for-profit sector organisations across the world, including significant experience of working at Senior Executive and Board level. He is also a faculty member for the UK-based Roffey Park MSc in People and Organisational Development and contributes to other Masters programmes.
He has designed and delivered Leadership and Personal Development programmes across all sectors and in many settings (from the UK to the USA, Brazil, Romania, Singapore, Hong Kong and many countries and cultures in between). He has particular experience in working with diverse and international groups; eg, one programme attracted participants of 50 different nationalities.
He provides consultancy and facilitation support to organisations across a wide range of issues eg organisation design, strategy development, major change initiatives, culture development.
He has considerable experience providing 1:1 coaching support to senior figures in the Public Sector, in NGOs and faith-based organisations, as well as in the private sector.
He also provides team development, team coaching and team facilitation in a variety of settings.
