As a successful international HR Director, I support employees, managers and executives in their development and advise management boards and executive committees during my 25-year career in various organizations and industries.

Right from the start of my professional life, I was passionate about professional relationships and workplace dynamics and this is what naturally led me into the HR field.

This drive to learn and enable has only grown in the course of my corporate experience, and turning to professional coach was a logical extension. My purpose when I coach individuals or groups is to allow all parties to achieve professional fulfilment and to project oneself into a desired future.
