Leading from Meaning

This online workshop series (2 x 2 hours) is designed for anyone who wants to make a difference in the world and initiate change.

You might hold a formal leadership position or lead as a community member, as part of a social change process, or any other role that requires leadership.

To some effective leaders like Jacinda Ardern, leading from meaning seems to come naturally. But leading from meaning is a skill. With the Map of Meaning you can learn to lead from meaning consciously and consistently.

This workshop series provides an introduction to the Map of Meaning as a framework, and will demonstrate ways of applying the Map to complex challenges today's leaders face. It also provides a space for rich discussion and imagining meaning-focused leadership for the future.
